Before You Register
Registration for APSI 2018 will open on January 23, 2018. Please make sure you have read the policies and the institute description carefully and have made note of all meeting dates and times. Call the AP® Summer Institutes office at 512-471-2913 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding policies or the institute itself.
Please note that REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until our staff has processed your registration information and payment has been received. Your seat in an institute is NOT confirmed until your school or district has sent us a purchase order or payment in full.
We’ve created a step-by-step registration guide with helpful screenshots and troubleshooting information.

Teachers Paying by Credit Card
To register, find your class on our website and check out using the standard shopping cart function.
Austin ISD, Leander ISD, and Round Rock ISD Teachers Invoicing Their School
In the payment section of the check out process, if Austin, Leander or Round Rock ISD is paying for your registration, choose "I am an Austin ISD Teacher", "I am a Leander ISD Teacher" or "I am a Round Rock ISD Teacher." This ensures the invoice is directed to the correct person within your district for processing.
UT Austin will invoice your district or school using the contact information provided. Please note that your registration will not be complete and a seat will not be reserved in the institute until billing details have been finalized with your school. You will receive a confirmation email once these details are finalized.
Teachers Invoicing Their School
- You will be required to fill in an Administrator's name, phone number and email address. This is the person within your school or district that UT Austin will send the invoice to.
- On the payment screen in the check out process, choose "Invoice my school".
Please note that your registration will not be complete and a seat will not be reserved in the institute until billing details have been finalized with your school. When payment or a purchase order has been received and processed by UT staff, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your administrator.
School Administrators can register on behalf of one or multiple teachers. You will first need to add the institute(s) to the shopping cart, and then proceed to check out. On the very first page of the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of registrations for each institute. Later in the check out process, you will add the names of the registrants for each institute. You will be asked for your information, and a billing contact person to send the invoice to (which may be you - you would need to place your contact information in this space as well). You will also be required to supply a cell phone number and an email address for each registrant.
